As a response to spreading happiness – sharing love spirit, on June 12, 2021, Sofia company launched a humanitarian blood donation day, a very meaningful activity in a series of activities to celebrate the 12th anniversary of Sofia.
In the context of a large-scale outbreak of the pandemic, the amount of blood is scarce, making it difficult to regulate blood products and platelets for Covid patients. Therefore, every drop of blood donated during this time will save the patient a chance to live or prolong a precious life, continuing the beautiful spirit of solidarity of the Vietnamese people.
Under the guidance of National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Sofia people who met the health and weight requirements participated in voluntary blood donation in compliance with safety guidelines to prevent Covid-19.
Hopefully, through the blood donation day of Sofia family, this noble gesture will be spreading so the community would come together to fight against the pandemic.
